A 6-minute drive from Le Mans city center, 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and 10 minutes from the European Equestrian Center, the "Les Pommiers de Tante Adélie" cottage welcomes you to a rural setting with all the comforts of a 5-star property.
You will be charmed by this restored building, its spaciousness, its magnificent garden complete with a swimming pool for relaxation, a 5-person jacuzzi, a fitness area, and a fire pit.
Its amenities and facilities will allow you to share truly unique moments.

On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace and large flat-screen TV. One accessible bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, double vanity, and accessible toilet.

A spa is located in an adjoining room of this restored barn, offering direct views of the garden and its mature trees, and is very close to the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from late May to late September).

Mandatory cleaning fee: €150

Supplement per pet per day: €10. The property comprises 16th and 18th-century buildings (a small manor house, farmhouse, and outbuildings), fully renovated in 2023 with contemporary interior design, while preserving their original exterior appearance. This 300 m² building is situated on a landscaped and wooded 3000 m² plot in a protected natural area. The property borders a footpath known as "Les Chemins Creux" (The Hollow Paths), making it ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy the countryside on the edge of town, just 10 minutes from the TGV train station and 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large, two-hundred-year-old linden tree.
To enhance the ambiance and evoke the site's historical character, we have preserved some historical elements in the grounds (an antique cart, an apple press, and benches reconstructed using the original beams, etc.).
