Casinha da Achada by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming countryside house located in São Jorge, on the north coast of Madeira Island. Surrounded by nature and peaceful scenery, it offers a comfortable setting for couples, families or small groups looking to experience a more authentic side of the island.
The house accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a single bed, and an attic bedroom with two single beds. There is one bathroom equipped with a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery and cookware, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. A cosy living area with a Smart TV is available for relaxing moments indoors.
Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant chill-out area and a barbecue, ideal for quiet evenings. Parking is available directly in front of the property and is usually easy to find. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Due to the location, having a car is recommended to explore the island comfortably.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
