Can Joan is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home located in Cala Santanyi, just 700m from the beach.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Our guests will be able to enjoy a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a summer dining room and a beautiful garden. We have a couple of bicycles available to our guests for their use. The house is built high up, on pillars, so all the rooms are located on the first floor.

The house has air conditioning and heating to guarantee comfort throughout the year.

We can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger families, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra child. Cot and high chair at no extra cost. In total, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. High speed internet, wifi throughout the property and satellite TV.

Cala Santanyí has a regular bus line that connects the house with the nearest beaches, so access is easy.Pets welcome on request.Reservations from young people under 21 years of age will not be accepted.Please note that parties/celebrations are not allowed in the house
