Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, coffee machine, and toaster. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.

LOCAL TOURIST TAX:
As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- EUR2 per night;
This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
This charge must be paid directly to us (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
