The holiday home has been recently renovated and is located directly on the Playa Chica. You have a fantastic view of the sea. You can even see the neighboring island of Gran Canaria in clear weather. An elevator provides direct access to the small private beach. In just 5 minutes walk you can reach the natural sand and volcanic beach of Playa Las Gaviotas. The most famous beach of the island, Playa Las Teresitas, as well as the small fishing village of San Andrés, is located only 3 km from the holiday home. In San Andrés there is a maze of small restaurants where you can taste the typical Canarian cuisine and fresh fish of the region. For the most necessary, you will also find a small supermarket in the village. The capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with a variety of cultural and leisure activities, is only 6 km away. The highlight of the holiday home is, of course, the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the tropical garden with a large table for 4 people for countless hours of relaxation. The living and dining room is combined with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bunk beds, especially suitable for children. The spacious and bright bedroom has a comfortable double bed with direct access to the terrace, so you can enjoy the sea view from the bed. Next to the private beach is a solarium surrounded by tropical trees and shaded areas with free sun loungers. Access to the flat is via an electric gate with remote control. The parking is large and free for our guests. From there is access to the building.
The Anaga massif has recently been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and offers beautiful natural beaches and countless hiking trails to reach the century-old forests of Laurisilva.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
