Beautiful typical Canarian house retained in the former construction, but stylish and modern. The large and cozy furnished front terrace, in connection with the two parts of the building,leads to a shower room and fully equipped kitchen, with a separate small furnished terrace for dining with sea views. The main house comprises on the ground floor an entrance hall, a bright and cheerful living room and separate dining room. On the first floor there is an open staircase to the bedroom with two single beds and a dressing room, a shower room and large master bedroom with huge windows. A staircase leads to a large sun terrace with panoramic sea- and mountain views. Over here there is a further roof terrace with sea views. The comfortably furnished front patio with complete privacy is a nice chill out place. Away from any tourist bustle is the cottage from the extensive rest, relaxation and recreation. Beach lovers will find a lonely contingent of flooding sandy beach in just a few minutes or 6 km to the famous beach of Tenerife flagship "Playa de las Teresitas". Also hikers come to their full enjoyment, as the century-old laurel forests are in Anaga.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
