Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea Views
The two-bedroom apartments are suitable for any need, and feature comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The lounge-dining room is equipped with a 43' Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
The large terrace offers side views of the sea, and deckchairs for resting.
The master bedroom, suite type, has a complete private bathroom for its occupants, and large built-in wardrobes.
The guest room has two single beds of 90x190cm and built-in [hidden] has a sofa bed, optional, for an additional place. Optionally you can request cot and high chair for your baby.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for daily use, such as oven, dishwasher, 4 glass ceramic hobs, microwave, freezer, Nespresso electric coffee machine, etc.
All apartments have an allocated parking space, and all complex doors are wheelchair accessible.
Our holiday rental apartments are located in the south of Catalonia, in the region of Montsià, in the Delta de l'Ebre, recently named Reserva de la Biosphere. In an environment made up of picturesque towns that make agriculture, fishing and tourism the economic engine.

The nature that surrounds us, with long beaches of fine sand, embraced by the Mediterranean Sea, allows us to fully enjoy Alfacs Bay in the southern hemidelta, and Fangar Bay, in the northern hemidelta. The omnipresent Río Ebro allows us to enjoy numerous sports and recreational activities throughout the year.
Apartment is located in the best area of Sant Carles de la Ràpita. Just 400 meters from the town's Promenade, and its incredible urban beaches of fine sand, awarded with the blue flag, and 800 meters from the center of the town.
All accesses are prepared for people with mobility problems. Even the access to the beach is adapted through an adapted step, and has a ramp, with a railing inside the pool to help people with reduced mobility.
The extensive landscaped common areas (3,000m2) have large swimming pools, more than 200 m2, several paddle tennis courts (for which reservations are necessary), bocce courts, and table tennis.
The Urbanization where the Apartments are located, the Vila del Far Urbanization, offers several supermarkets available to visitors, just 200 meters away.
