This property is located in a residential area: parties, events, or any activity that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited.
 

Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.

One pet is allowed with a supplement of €150 per week.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, with care taken to protect the furniture and lawn.

A €1.000 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.

We recommend checking the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and reporting any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the total loss of the deposit.
