Congratulation ! You have found the Sun's Lair! Welcome to the Ardèche in the small village of Sampzon at the villa la Tuta del Solhel!
The house has all the comforts with particular care given to the furniture.
A fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living room and the landscape: American fridge, ice cube dispenser, induction hob, gas hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, etc. A TV room with large screen and free wifi (5G terminal). The large wooden terrace of 120m² surrounds a large swimming pool of 8 meters by 4 with a beach and a maximum depth of 1m60.

At the very top of the rock, surrounded by nature, you will enjoy your breakfast while contemplating Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, with just above, the Grotte Chauvet 2 clinging to the mountains. And breath, you need it for all the hiking trails that crisscross the surroundings: GR4, Serre de la Cour, etc. Here, the cicadas sing for you as soon as the sun comes out. You can even go down to the Ardèche river on foot, if you have the courage to go back up and beat the record: 20 minutes flat!
Even if you are quiet, huddled by the forests of junipers, olive trees and oaks, all the conveniences of the city are at your feet: Ruoms shopping center 6 km away (10 minutes by car), the many markets of all the surrounding villages, and the nightlife of Vallon Pont-d'Arc 8 km (12 minutes by car). Your only problem will be choosing between the private swimming pool overlooking the valley or the cool waters of the Ardèche or the Chassezac.
