These two houses are rented as one and it is perfect solution for two families which travel together, but wanted to have its own private space.

There is a big communal swimming pool with green garden situated in the separate location front of the houses. Only few neighbors have an access to this area, which could be considered as semi [hidden] houses are situated within walking distance to the beach of La Pineda and to the one of the beaches of Cap Salou.Distance to Port Aventura is 5 min driving. The Golf, Aquatic Parks and Dolphinarium are situated within walking distance.
