Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace (one wheelbarrow of firewood provided), kitchen, pantry, WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a cot, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), one bedroom with a single bed (120cm), shower room, separate WC.
Two terraces (south and east facing) and a private enclosed garden with panoramic views and a pergola. Plancha grill, swing set, outdoor games, pétanque court, four sun loungers, private parking.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath.
Library, DVDs and board games for all ages, internet access (fiber optic).
Heating is metered. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival. Bicycle storage is available.

A cleaning deposit is required for corporate bookings. This independent cottage is attached to a house in a peaceful hamlet in southern Charente, a stone's throw from the Dordogne River. It has its own private entrance, no overlooking neighbors, and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
