Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and lounge area, WC with laundry facilities, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room + WC.

Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a home office area, a shower room with WC, two bedrooms each with two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can be joined to make a double (160cm).
Private 500m² garden, 100m² terrace with bioclimatic pergola, private above-ground swimming pool (4x6m, 30m³, 1.30m deep, open from June 1st to September 30th). Plancha grill. Parking.
Peters court 300m away. Playground 500m away. Two private ponds 100m from the cottage (1500m² and 2000m²), fishing possible. Baby equipment: travel cot, baby bath, high chair, potty.

Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

This old Charentaise stone house has been completely renovated into a spacious and comfortable gîte, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. It is a detached house located on a former farm, near the owners' house.
