IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Hauts de Salavas residence, Lavandes 73.

We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool with a water slide (open from April and heated until mid-June), a playground, a games room, and a multi-sports court.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.

Parking and a TV are available.
