The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a desk, the second a double bed (140x190 cm), and the third two single beds (90x190 cm), a desk, and children's toys. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet. The living area is heated by reversible air conditioning, while the bedrooms have electric heating.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a sun lounger, and a children's play structure, all within an enclosed garden.
Baby equipment is available: an outdoor table and chairs for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a baby bath, and a changing mat.

Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in a verdant setting at the supervised swimming pool in Azerat or at the Étang du Coucou pond in Hautefort.
