On the ground floor, discover a lovely entrance hall leading, after three steps, to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm). There is also a shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, a beautiful living room with a cathedral ceiling comprises a lounge area with a TV, sofa, Wi-Fi, and a pellet stove. Five steps lead up to the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.) and a dining table for four. This opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, a barbecue, and a griddle.
Enjoy the 13-hectare unfenced grounds, partly wooded, which include a 10x5m chlorine swimming pool shared with the owners. The pool, which gradually deepens to 1.80m, is open from June to September and is secured by an alarm. Heating is provided by electric radiators and a pellet stove.
