In Sologne, on a property nestled in the heart of the forest, this beautiful, renovated, detached 18th-century house welcomes you to its grounds, set within a large, unfenced one-hectare park. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. Fully equipped, the cottage is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. It features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a wood-burning stove (perfect for cozy autumn evenings by the fire), and access to a mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160cm), a single bed (90cm), and a sitting area with a TV. Wi-Fi access is also provided. On the ground floor: two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)), two shower rooms, and a toilet.

Prices include: bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. For stays of 15 days or more, a weekly mid-stay cleaning fee of €120 will be charged. Between Sainte-Montaine and Pierrefitte-sur-Sauldre, take the C1 towards Brinon, then the entrance is 200 meters ahead.
