In Sologne, on a property surrounded by forest, this beautiful, detached, renovated 18th-century house welcomes you to the heart of a large, unfenced one-hectare park. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Fully equipped, the cottage is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. There is also a beautiful pond on site where fishing is possible. A fully equipped, separate kitchen and a large living room with a stove (to enjoy autumn evenings by the fire) open to a mezzanine with a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a sitting area with a TV. Wi-Fi is available. On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed) - 2 shower rooms - toilets.

Prices include: sheets, towels, heating, wood, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. For any stay of 15 days or more, a weekly cleaning fee of €120 will be charged.
Between Sainte-Montaine and Pierrefitte-sur-Sauldre, take the C1 towards Brinon, then enter 200 meters away.
