Sunshade and garden furniture – Outdoor parking space #8 – Pleasant apartment in a great location, close to all the shops in the town center while being in a quiet, small condominium. One small pet under 10 kg is allowed.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
Towels and bed linen are not provided.
We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.
However, upon your departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. All rental linens and towels are placed in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.
