Well-maintained, comfortable apartment in a quiet residence with a communal swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linens are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, clean and put away dishes, and place all rental linens and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
