- Open-plan kitchen (3 electric hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer).

- Bedroom alcove with a single bed (120 cm) opening onto the terrace.

- Bathroom with sink – Washing machine.

- Separate toilet.

Sea and Préconil view – Private outdoor parking in a gated residence with automatic barrier – Quiet and well-maintained residence – Wi-Fi. One small pet under 10 kg allowed.

Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can provide what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon your departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. All linens and towels should be placed in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
