Residence with swimming pool open from April 15th to October 15th, 8:30 am to 9 pm, and private paddling pool – Public tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. Located in a superb, secure, and secluded green park, offering spectacular views of the entire Bay of Saint-Tropez from your terrace, with direct access to the sea via an underground passage.

Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

Upon your departure, please ensure the apartment is left tidy, with all trash emptied, dishes washed and put away, and linens and towels placed in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.

Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.
