However, upon your departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. Please also place all linens and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after which the meter readings will be taken.
