Beautiful apartment with a spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture, a refrigerator/freezer, and a griddle. Electric sunshade. Private parking space #97 in the residence. Wi-Fi.

Residence with swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th – Underground passage for direct beach access within the residence – Public tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. One small pet under 10 kg is permitted.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, clean and put away dishes, and place the bed linen and rental towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.

Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.
