Apartment with a beautiful sea view - Wi-Fi in the apartment. One small pet under 10 kg allowed. Private parking space #13 and private garage (2.17 m wide x 4.90 m long x 2.00 m high) - Garden furniture on the terrace - Electric roller shutters.

Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon your departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, clean and put away dishes, and place the bed linen and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Please send us proof of liability insurance.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
