Pleasant, recently renovated apartment with panoramic sea views and garden furniture - Wi-Fi.
The residence is 300 meters from La Croisette beach and the town center. The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th, and there is also a paddling pool, pétanque court, and ping-pong table within the residence. One small pet under 10 kg is welcome.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. All bed linen and towels should be placed in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
