End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.
However, upon your departure, you must leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. All rental linens and towels are placed in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
