This villa is suitable for families; the bunk beds are reserved for children under 18.

Private 10 x 5 m swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th – sun loungers around the pool – private outdoor parking for several cars, rural and wooded setting with a lovely sea view. One small pet under 10 kg is welcome.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

End-of-stay cleaning: €150. Upon departure, please ensure the house is left tidy, with all rubbish emptied, dishes clean and put away, and linens and towels placed in the provided bag.

An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Towels and bed linens are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

Please send us proof of liability insurance.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
