End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule; please contact us for pricing.

However, upon your departure, please leave the house tidy, empty all trash, clean and put away dishes, and place the rental sheets and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.

Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.
