- Bedroom with a single mezzanine bed (90 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 cm).

- Bathroom with a sink and bidet.

- Separate toilet with a hand basin.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture – Sunshade – Wi-Fi.

Free parking within the residence. One small pet under 10 kg is accepted.

Residence with a swimming pool open from April 15th to October 15th, from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, and a private paddling pool – Public tennis courts are located nearby.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule. Please contact us for pricing.

However, upon your departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, and ensure dishes are clean and put away. Please place all linens and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.

Please provide us with proof of liability insurance.
