End-of-stay cleaning: €60. Upon departure, please leave the apartment tidy, empty all trash, dishes clean and put away, and linens and towels in the provided bag. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
