Peaceful cottage near Beaune with spa and large garden

In a small village 4 km from Beaune, this gîte is attached to the bed and breakfast and the owners' house, with a beautiful wooded park of over 4000 m² at the rear. Access to the gîte is via a lovely stone staircase. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Upstairs, there is one air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed and another air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A shared laundry room is available (with washing machine and dryer). At the rear, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a sun lounger. The large, fully enclosed garden is landscaped with trees and flowers.

Access to the spa (€20/half hour - €35/hour: reservations made on-site with the owners), in a lovely, comfortable room with a sink, bench, and Bluetooth speaker.
