In a small village 4 km from Beaune, this gîte adjoins the guest rooms and the owners' house, with a beautiful wooded park of over 4,000 m² to the rear. Access to the gîte is via a beautiful stone staircase: a fully equipped modern kitchen, a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. A shower room with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Upstairs, there is one air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed and one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A shared laundry room is available (with a washing machine and dryer). At the rear, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. A deckchair is also available. Large, fully enclosed garden with trees and flowers.
