On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, etc.) with a dining table. Two steps lead up to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), an en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a large living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful decorative fireplace. A second bedroom, open to the living room, has a double bed (140x190cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet. Oil-fired central heating. You will have access to a garden and a terrace area with garden furniture and a barbecue. A private swimming pool, measuring 4m x 10m and 1.40m deep, is salt-water, equipped with an alarm and safety barrier, and is open from May to October. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is available on request. A charming cottage with typical Périgord architecture, nestled in a verdant setting perfect for forest walks, visits to castles and caves. Numerous outdoor activities await you: hiking, rail biking, farmers' markets, and markets specializing in foie gras and truffles in winter and autumn, reflecting the rich gastronomy of Périgord.
