Let yourself be charmed by this city where nature, gastronomy, traditions and old stones intertwine harmoniously. St Sever is a concentrate of authenticity and all this with a festive air. The Turon gîte, located on the ground floor with upper floor, is a town house close to all shops and amenities on foot, including a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. This cottage benefits from enclosed grounds of approximately 970 m² with a garden area, with wooden garden furniture and barbecue for convivial moments outdoors. The ground floor offers a fitted kitchen serving as a living room, equipped with an oven, microwave, a fridge-freezer combination, induction hob, a bathroom and a pantry. The living room area offers sofa, armchair and TV corner (chromecast and wifi), 1 bedroom with 140 bed. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 160 bed and 2 80 beds which can offer a kingsize). 2 small steps to access the bedrooms. The bedroom with a king size bed can accommodate 1 additional person (1 bed 90). Baby equipment is available, travel cot, high chair, bathtub. Parking possible in the property or in public parking opposite. A municipal electricity terminal is 600 m away. Open shelter for small vehicles or bicycles. Electric heating extra. For your entertainment, the greenway is 2 km away for walking escapades, a bowling alley 600 m away. A shuttle to Mont de Marsan is available for a reasonable price.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
