Welcome to our 15-person gîte, which we have renovated to offer you a cozy haven for creating wonderful memories! Located in a quiet village with shops, 30 minutes from Dijon, the "Ô Coeur des Liens" gîte offers: on the ground floor: a fully equipped independent kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace opening onto a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, board games, etc.; a large veranda with garden furniture and direct access to the garden and terrace; a separate toilet; a bathroom with a corner bath and shower; a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed; and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs: 1 children's bedroom with three 90x200 cm beds (including bunk beds), 1 shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 connecting bedroom with a desk area, two 90x200 cm beds, a mezzanine with numerous games and children's books, 1 bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed and one 90x200 cm bed, and 2 bedrooms each with one 160x200 cm bed.

The cottage sleeps 12, with the possibility of renting for 15 people upon request (please note: only 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets). A travel cot, high chair, and changing table are available. Outside: a large enclosed courtyard, parking for 5 cars, a covered and lit pétanque court, a bicycle shelter, a large 600 m² partially enclosed garden with a trampoline, a terrace with garden furniture, parasols, a gas barbecue, and 2 deck chairs. Children's play area. Large house ideal for family or friends gatherings.

In the village: several shops including a grocery store, bakery, fast food outlets and a gourmet restaurant, pharmacy, medical center, multi-sports field, caterer, wine merchant, hair salon, and florist. Nearby: the Seine and Suzon valleys with their game-rich forests, crisscrossed by marked hiking trails, also accessible by mountain bike. The Prenois racetrack. The Sources of the Seine and the famous sites of the Auxois region: Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Alésia Museum Park, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, and the Fontenay Abbey.
