Upstairs: 1 "children's" bedroom with 3 beds of 90X200 cm (including bunk beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 1 through bedroom with office area, 2 beds of 90X200 cm, mezzanine with many games and books for children, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160X200 + 1 bed of 90X200 cm, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 160X200 cm. Gîte for 12 people, with the possibility of renting for 15 people on request (please note: only 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs). Travel cot, high chair and changing table. Outside: large enclosed courtyard, parking for 5 places, covered and lit pétanque court, shelter for bicycles, large garden of 600 m² partially enclosed, with trampoline, terrace with garden furniture, parasols, gas barbecue, 2 deck chairs. Children's games. Large house, ideal for family gatherings or gatherings with friends.
