In a quiet little village in the Auxois region, near the Burgundy Canal, the "La Maison de Marie" gîte offers: on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a cozy living room opening onto a charming dining room (decorative fireplace, stone wall, etc.), TV, and Wi-Fi. On the first floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm). On the second floor: a large attic bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) (and a double sofa bed for additional guests). Shared courtyard with the owner, private covered terrace, garden furniture, and a griddle. One parking space in the enclosed courtyard. This gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. By renting this gîte, you agree to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by keeping noise levels acceptable. Parties are not permitted. This is a non-smoking gîte.
