Covering an area of 250 m², the farmhouse is made up on the ground floor: kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 of which has a fireplace, a bedroom with its shower room and upstairs 4 bedrooms including 1 dormitory (2 single and 1 bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. The property can accommodate up to 12 people. Outside, it is a fully enclosed 10,000 m² plot that will be a playground for the little ones and a breath of fresh air for the older ones. Everyone will meet for meals on the main terrace shaded by the arbor and by the pool (15 x 5) for days combining sun and swimming. Close to the city center, you will enjoy reaching Saint-Rémy to discover the shops, local producers and restaurants. An ideal spot!
Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
