We are working farmers; our gite is located in the middle of our property. We will be delighted to guide you in the choice of your tourist visits and in the purchase of our good gastronomic products.

Description of the accommodation

You will have access, via the exterior staircase, to the living-dining room with an equipped kitchen (3 induction burners). On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Via the interior staircase, you can access the other bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 3 90x190 beds and 1 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. With a view of the fields, you can sunbathe around the private unheated swimming pool, fenced and secured by a chlorine alarm, 8mx4m, depth 1.60m, open from June to September. An outdoor space with garden furniture is located next to the swimming pool; it will allow you to take full advantage of the premises with a plancha available and a ping-pong table.
The open land reserved for the gîte has a surface area of approximately 3000m2.
Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bath, stroller. This 160 m2 gîte is located in Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Medicine Museum) and 20 km north de Montignac (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4), less than 10 minutes from a motorway exit. You can enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of the Périgord stones. A house renovated with taste and modernism which will be the ideal family accommodation for holidays in our Périgord and will allow you to enjoy the tourist attractions of the region. You will have free access to a tennis court in the town of Saint Rabier. The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm (calves under mother and nuts). Depending on the season, children will be able to see the cows in the meadows located behind the swimming pool, approximately 150 m from the fence.
