It features an open-plan kitchen/living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (140x190 cm). There is one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. The bathroom has a toilet. Gas heating is provided. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a private enclosed garden and a gas barbecue. A 100-meter drive uphill, there is an unheated swimming pool shared with three other rentals (opposite the chalet). The pool measures 5 m x 10 m and is 1 to 1.50 m deep. It is open from June 1st to September 30th and is secured by a barrier and alarm. Baby equipment is available upon request and subject to availability: a travel cot. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, the Soutou cottages are located in the Périgord countryside, on the hills above a typical village with basic amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market).
