Résidence Le Phalène is ideally located on the edge of the Saint-Palais-sur-Mer conch! Hyper-center, 17 rue de l'Océan, you take the stairs down to the beach just by crossing the street, shops and restaurants at the end of the street.
This just-renovated 34.52 m² duplex apartment on the 1ᵉʳ and top floor (no elevator) of a small condominium offers: entrance, living room opening onto balcony with open kitchen (induction hob x 2, hood, multifunction oven, top fridge with freezer section, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster), lovely bathroom with vanity unit, Italian shower, towel dryer and toilet. The living room features a comfortable 140 x 200 cm rapido sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV (80 cm diam).
Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, closet and chest of drawers to store your belongings during your stay. The balcony has a wooden floor and furniture (table, chairs and armchairs) so you can enjoy the outdoors right from breakfast!
