The balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for breakfast, lunch, and relaxation. Nauzan Beach, the coastal path, a cycle path, bars and restaurants, and a sailing school are all within easy reach of the building. Extras include a private parking space, a shared bicycle storage area, and Wi-Fi.
