Apartment Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, studio flat, 2 persons - FR-1-738-38

Charming, renovated, 2-star rated studio apartment by the sea. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, you'll enjoy an entrance hall with a closet, a lovely 20m² living area opening onto a 6m² southeast-facing balcony. The living area includes a sofa and TV, and the dining area converts into a sleeping area thanks to a fold-down bed (140x190cm). There's also a fully equipped 6m² kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner electric cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster), and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. A very pleasant apartment for a wonderful holiday!

Bonus features: private parking space in a secure residence and shared bicycle storage.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €300 security deposit is required and must be paid via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
