Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, you'll enjoy an entrance hall with closet, a beautiful 20m² living room opening onto a 6m² southeast-facing balcony, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a dining area that becomes a sleeping area thanks to its Murphy bed (140x190 wall bed), a separate 6m² fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster), and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. A very pleasant apartment for a great vacation!
