Shared open land of 600 m², including one parking space per accommodation.
Gîte upstairs with private terrace facing the sea: lounge/living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 bunk beds), shower room/wc.
Washing machine and barbecue shared by the 3 gîtes.
Additional equipment: freezer compartment, bed/high chair and baby bath on request.
Not included: oil heating (11€/day), sheets, towels/household linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (tourist customers €80).
