600 m² shared unfenced grounds, including one parking space per accommodation.
Upstairs gîte with private terrace facing the sea: living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm), 2: 2 single bunk beds (90x190 cm), shower room/toilet.
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 gîtes.
Amenities included: freezer compartment, cot/high chair, and baby bath upon request.
Not included: oil heating (€11/day), bed linens, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€96 for tourists).
Mandatory cleaning and bed linen fee for business guests (€120/stay).
