600 m² shared unfenced grounds, including one parking space per accommodation.
Upstairs gîte with private balcony (south-facing): living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Duplex: mezzanine (1 90x190 cm bed) and bedrooms with private bathrooms (160x200 cm bed).
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 gîtes.
Amenities included: low-speed Wi-Fi, freezer compartment, CD player, cot/high chair, and baby bath upon request.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (tourist customers €106).
Mandatory cleaning and linen service for business guests (€120/stay).
