Description of the accommodation

Gite Saint-Mesmin, 2 bedrooms, 5 persons - FR-1-819-557

In a quiet hamlet, this renovated old house is arranged on several levels (accessible by stairs). A large living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, which leads to one of the terraces in the 400m² garden.

Upstairs: two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with three single beds (90cm), two of which can be joined together. Two cots are available. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet. Stereo system. Tuned piano. Children's playhouse, unfenced pond. In the garden, there are two friendly white cats (Chatnel and Peuf) who will come to say hello.

Baby equipment available: two travel cots with extra mattresses, two high chairs, a baby bath, a potty, and a baby bath seat.

Depending on the season, you can pick mirabelle plums, quetsche plums, apples, figs, and walnuts from the garden. Public parking is available next to the cottage. You can store your bicycles inside the cottage.

The Grosbois reservoir is 10 minutes away (swimming, fishing). The surrounding greenery includes a forest and marked hiking trails. Located in the Ozerain Valley, the property is just a few kilometers away. Nearby attractions include the medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Alésia Museum Park, and the Château de Bussy-Rabutin. The Abbey of Fontenay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also close by. The Dijon-Prenois race track is 24 km away. The Chassagne golf course is located in Malain. Rock climbing is available in Saffres. Dijon is 35 km away.
