Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm) (2 single beds 90x190cm). First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm), WC with washbasin. Wi-Fi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 800 m² (covered area, garden furniture, barbecue), heated swimming pool (6x12m) open from June 15th to August 30th, shared by two gîtes. Garage. Another gîte on the property: H85G010370. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
