This modern apartment, located on the first floor of the building, offers a pleasant and functional living space.

It comprises several well-designed areas:

An entrance hall, a bright living room with a sitting area for relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The sofa bed can provide an ideal extra sleeping space for children or guests.

A mezzanine bedroom with a ceiling height of less than 1.80 meters, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Please note that the staircase leading to the mezzanine is narrow and therefore not recommended for young children.

This apartment combines comfort and functionality with tasteful decor. It is located in a quiet, pedestrian-only, and secure residence.

Parking: Parking is subject to a fee from March 20th to November 11th. Fixed rates are available at the parking meters: €15 per day, €60 per week. Two free parking lots are available at either end of the village: the Favorite parking lot towards La Couarde-sur-Mer and the Cible parking lot towards the south of the island.

Pets are not allowed.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens.

The price includes a booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €50.

A proportional tourist tax is extra.

Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday. For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.

Check-in is generally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:
8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50
10:00 PM to Midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100
6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70
