In the heart of a hamlet in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, we offer a former manor house dating from 1903, which has retained its historical charm, but has also been renovated with quality materials, on a beautiful landscaped plot of 1500 m² and benefits from numerous leisure facilities for enjoyable family moments. You will be right in the center of the destination chosen by "the world." Indeed, the Morvan has just been named the best holiday destination in Europe for 2022. This is a long-awaited and well-deserved award for this region in the heart of Burgundy, a place still untouched by large tourist complexes.

Independent, single-story cottage with three steps at the entrance. Living room with fitted kitchen and dining area. Comfortable lounge with fireplace insert. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). One bedroom with a double bed (130cm) (sleeps two children) and two single beds (90cm). One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet. A separate second toilet. For babies: a wooden cot, high chair, changing table, and baby bath seat. For the enjoyment of children and adults alike, the outbuildings have been converted into heated games rooms (10kg bags of wood pellets available as an option). In the stable, there are children's games, a rowing machine, an exercise bike, darts, and table football, with the possibility of enjoying family meals together in the shade during the summer and in the warmth during the winter. In the barn, there is a ping-pong table, a large trampoline, a basketball hoop, and indoor and outdoor archery, both safe for children. Pets are not allowed.

Installation of a 36kWp photovoltaic roof, providing the gîte with energy independence and enough to power 10 additional houses. Creation of a fountain with illuminated waterfalls at night. For children, a charming little caravan, handcrafted by us. Finally, a pergola with mosquito netting in the center of the lawn on the terrace, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or relaxing.

Covered parking for 2 to 3 cars. Beautiful enclosed grounds and garden with amenities for the whole family: swing, slide, and pétanque court.

Heated, semi-inground swimming pool measuring 4.90 x 3 m, with a depth of 1.20 m, open from May 15th until September (weather permitting) and secured by a fenced enclosure. A spa is available for direct access and as an optional extra, directly from the owner: €160/week - €60/weekend. Instructions for use and safety are posted on site. (Open year-round)

Gas heating, wood, electricity, bed linen, and final cleaning are included in the rates.
