In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, 300 meters from Lake Chamboux, this house with its local stone walls is ideally located for nature lovers. Access to the ground floor via 4-5 steps: kitchen open to the tiled dining room and living room, and a terrace overlooking the garden. Laundry area. Toilet. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with two twin beds (80x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (two twin beds) and a sofa bed (comfortable extra bed). Bathroom with large shower, toilet. Washer-dryer. Wood-burning stove.

Baby equipment in the cottage: crib, high chair, bathtub, changing table, and bouncer.

Shared courtyard and garden at the rear of the cottage (700 m²) surrounded by periwinkles, unfenced.
Parking. Children's playhouse at the bottom of the garden. The owner accepts a maximum of 2 pets with a supplement of €10 per stay and per pet.

Electric charging point.

Owners nearby. Unsupervised swimming at Lake Chamboux. The Settons and Saint Agnan lakes are 20 km away. There are many lovely walks to recharge your batteries on site.

Kitchen and bathroom linens and sheets provided free of charge (beds made upon arrival). Firewood available.

Exit A6 Bierre les Semur or Pouilly en Auxois, take the D980 or D977 towards Saulieu. In Saulieu, head towards Alligny-en-Morvan and Lac des Settons via the D26. After 4 km, turn left towards Island/Saint Martin de la Mer. At the ISLAND sign at the entrance to the village, turn left twice.
